To one of the best! Happy Father’s Day.

Father’s Day…a day to celebrate all the wonderful father figures in our life.
To celebrate, the girls and I decided to do a (secret) blog post bragging on the Daddy in our lives…

To the father who has more strength than any other person we know.

Who ALWAYS puts his family before himself.

Who gets a cancer diagnosis, and never once says “Why me?”

Who takes on brain surgery…and if you saw him now, you’d never know it besides the scar down his head.

Who is willing to get up early to go to work, so we can have a nice life.

Who gives his all every day to stay on top of his healing protocol, so that he can be here with his family.

Who is willing to give up so much, and completely change his lifestyle in the name of health, and obedience to God.

Who has faith so strong, it’s inspiring.

Who rarely complains.

Who can be seen on the couch with his Bible open.

Who snuggles and prays with the girls every night before bed.

Who says ‘yes’ to any little project his wife asks him to do.

Who never quits, on himself or his family.

Who is brave, yet extremely humble.

Who loves getting lost in the woods.

Who is a man who prays.

Who every day gains more and more wisdom.

Who takes the girls on bike rides, and play wrestles.

Who shows no mercy when playing Monopoly or Sorry.

Who puts patches on his work clothes to make them last a little bit longer.

Who never “needs” anything.

Who shows kindness to everyone.

Who once said, “If going through this can save just one person…it’s worth it.”

Who can take his lemons, and make the sweetest lemonade out of it.

To the Daddy in our life that is a perfect example of what a Dad should be, we love you and hope you have the very best Father’s Day!

An interview with Grace about her Dad:

3 words to describe Dad are: “funny, nice, and strong.”

“Dad is a good Dad because he likes to do a lot of family stuff.”

To the man who never gives up, and always keeps fighting.

To the man who is manly enough to use essential oils, go Vegan Keto, and actually talk about it.

To the man who is willing to sacrifice, and has his priorities right.

To the man who is so humble, he’ll be embarrassed that I even wrote this post.

To the man who loves God, loves his wife, and will do anything for his kids.

Thanks for being the best Dad to this family–we love and appreciate you!

Love,
Your wife and kids

“A good father is one of the most unsung, upraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.”
